We first learned about concierge-style medicine from a family member who has three young children. They kept telling us how much easier it made their lives—so we decided to research this type of doctor service ourselves. Anyone with little kids knows you're constantly running back and forth to the doctor for things like ear infections, fevers, and all kinds of unexpected issues. After looking into it, we thought it was worth a try—and I'm so happy we did.
Signing our whole family up with First Primary Care has easily been one of the best choices we've ever made. The attention and care we've received is unlike anything we've experienced before. It’s personal, genuine, and tailored specifically to each one of us.
The convenience factor is fantastic. If one of us isn't feeling well, we can usually get a video call scheduled quickly or simply message directly with our doctor using their app. No more waiting on hold, no hassle with busy reception desks—and the best part is, we actually get to see our doctor when we need her.
One thing I really appreciate is the peace of mind that comes from consistently seeing the same doctor. With traditional urgent care or telehealth visits, you're often stuck explaining your health history all over again to someone new. But here, we have a great relationship with our doctor, and she genuinely knows us. That trust and comfort make such a difference.
Our doctor is Dr. Glick, and she's simply amazing. She always takes her time, listens carefully, and is never rushed. You can tell she really loves what she does. Here's a quick example: recently, I had a shoulder injury and she saw me right away. She took a careful look, gave me her assessment, and we talked it through for a while. We discussed possible treatment options in case I needed them in the future, and within an hour after my visit, she even texted me some specific workout and stretching routines to help my shoulder heal faster. To me, that’s very impressive, personalized service.
I also love that First Primary Care is proactive. They offer thorough blood tests that help us stay ahead of potential issues, focusing on prevention just as much as treating sickness. In my experience, this approach is pretty rare. Most healthcare providers only step in after you're already sick—but here, they're truly dedicated to keeping you healthy from the start.
I couldn’t recommend First Primary Care enough—especially for families with kids. But even if I didn't have kids, I'm pretty sure I'd still choose First Primary Care because the service is just that good.
Response from the owner:Alex, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear that our care model has brought real value and peace of mind to your family. We’ll be sure to pass your feedback along to Dr. Glick she’ll appreciate it!
