I have used First Primary Care for more than five years as my primary care doctors. They are on top of things and consistently respond in a timely manner. I’ve been in Dr. Glick’s care for a little more than two years now, and I cannot say enough good things about her expertise as a doctor. She takes time to make me feel heard, makes helpful suggestions, and checks in on me when needed. I am grateful for her and First Primary Care. I highly recommend First Primary Care for your primary medical needs.

I can't recommend Frist Primary Care enough for your doctor/health needs. Rachel Cano is one of the most caring, amazing doctors I've had in my 40 plus years. You aren't just a number or a faceless name. They take time, ask the questions, get to know you and decide with you, what makes the most sense for your health needs. Highly recommend!!

The entire staff is attentive and very helpful. Consultations performed through the app have been seamless since I’ve been a patient the past 3 years. My family’s doctor is ensures we are well taken care of every time she is needed. Highly recommended!

I absolutely recommend going this route if you are tired of high monthly premiums! Dr. Cano is so kind and thorough and explains everything clearly. I switched to the First Primary Care system back in November and it was the best decision I could have made for my health and medical needs. I highly recommend looking into the system. You pay a monthly membership fee of $125 per person. They have over 1500 medications on their list that will cost you zero dollars and those medication‘s are shipped to you straight to your home. If at any time you need to be prescribed a medication not on their list. I believe they have a card that they will email you for a discount at whatever pharmacy you choose. I went for my first visit on December 2 and I had a thorough exam. I was sent for a mammogram and a bone density test which I did on December 30. They try to work with offices that will offer a discount to private pay people. For both the mammogram and the bone density test it only cost me $250. When you compare that to the cost of a monthly insurance premium, it will literally save you thousands I believe. I cannot say enough about Dr. Cano and the First Primary Care system. Their office is located on the corner of Fairmont Parkway and Space Center which is quite literally a minute from my house.

Ms Dee saw me at a time that was an inconvenience to her she was very polite and talkative. 5⭐️

I love FPC they are wonderful and really provide all my medical needs. Not just for myself but also for My Boys. I Especially love working with Danielle she makes this process extremely easy. She is knowledgeable and explains the benefits very clearly. If I have any questions or any concerns I can text or call her and she is there for me immediately. Danielle is very efficient and dependable. I love working with her and I hope that this reaches the right person so they can know what a valuable employee they have in her. 🫶🏾

Everyone here is so friendly. Dr. Wertz takes time to listen to all my concerns and answers all my questions. Also, I recommend DeQua if you're not a fan of shots/needles. She has such a gentle hand, rarely feel anything when I get my shots from her. And she is very sweet.

Dr. Cano is out of touch and doesn’t consider everything you tell her. I have been exposed to two family members with an illness who are both being treated with antibiotics. Dr. Cano suggests I just take Claritin D. Do NOT COME HERE and waste your money if you have any illnesses involving cough, congestion, sore throat and sinus pressure GO ELSEWHERE!

This place is more like a first aid clinic like if you have a cold or bronchitis or anything very minor..the doctors here are not all MDs and they are very conservative when it comes to treatment

Honestly best experience at a doctors office so far. Wait time non-existent and they werent rushing to get me out. Dr.Hoang was super nice and answered all my questions, she explained everything very thoroughly. The M.A DeQua is AMAZING, from rooming to drawing blood she not only got a draw off 1 stick (I'm usually a 4-5 sticks type) but she's super friendly and communicative as she works.

I visited First Primary Care for the first time on 10/2/25. I’ve heard great things about how this healthcare system works. I spoke to Dr. Goyal, and he assigned Dr. Mo to me. Dr. Mo spent a full hour talking to me about my medical history. You know how you sometimes feel like you and your doctor never get to the bottom of anything because you never had enough time to ask good questions. Well, that did not happen because there was enough conversation that led to all sorts of discussion about how my body was feeling. Dr. Mo described all the medications he was prescribing for me in details, and I have a better understanding of how they work in my body now. Danielle, Dequa, and Nery were so caring with great communication and basic procedure they had to performed on me (measurements, drawing blood, etc.) An overall great experience visiting a medical clinic! I highly recommend giving them a try without any reservation!

Incredible facility. Dr Wertz is a class act and very thorough. Never feels rushed. Always takes time to explain the game plans and solutions. The front office stuff is very welcoming and friendly as well.

And of course, my super Doc, Dr. Wertz. She always takes care of me ... and listens to me - extra special. I feel really comfortable with her. We even have some laughs sometimes. She is very human!

And Dee the medical assistant is always very friendly and compassionate. Her blood draws are smooth and surprisingly painless.

This was our first experience with concierge medicine and it has been excellent. Dr. Mulkanoor and his Staff have taken care of my wife and I for the last two years. Correspondence through the Spruce app have been very expeditious as well as personal and the care we received first class! We would highly recommend First Primary Care!

Our experience at the Pasadena office has generally been a very positive one! The office is clean/inviting and the staff is so friendly & caring! Rachel Cano takes the time to truly listen to my healthcare & changing hormone concerns. She is very knowledgeable, empathetic, and thoughtful when providing solutions & answering my questions. She is willing to work in tandem with me when I have concerns or flare ups related to my thyroid autoimmunity. We love that all of the doctors we have seen at First Primary check in on us when we are sick or dealing with acute issues. An added bonus we love…our children attend Baylor and Dr. Goyal & Mo have been wonderful to treat them from afar for sicknesses when possible! Thank you for caring for our family for so long!

My visit today with Dr. Wertz and Dr. Glick (Pediatric) was absolutely awesome! Both doctors were professional, attentive, and really took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. The medical assistant (Dee) was also incredibly friendly and efficient, making the whole experience smooth from start to finish.

The First Primary Care staff are nice and welcoming. From the receptionist to the medical assistant Nery who was polite and friendly on my visit today. As well as Dr. Wright who listened to my needs and came up with a very knowledgeable plan, which made me feel he cares about my feelings and beliefs on my health.

My experience and first impression with First Primary Care was absolutely wonderful. I accidentally mixed up my appointment time and had to call and let them know I wasn’t going to make it. They were able to reschedule me for the same day just a few hours later. I was seen within a few minutes and my visit went smoothly. The staff and Dr.Glick were so nice and accommodating. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a doctor in the area!

This is the best office I have ever been too, Emily is amazing at helping me get my meds covered and any testing I need, I cant praise her enough, she has also been helping with my hormones and I finally have energy, she is very smart and I trust her with all my health care needs:)

I'm not sure how this place has all 5 star reviews. I was not seen here but I called to try to schedule an appt with a primary care physician. They don't accept insurance. And from what was explained to me . You have to become a member with their membership pay $200 to start and then pay monthly regardless if you need to come in to see them every month. I am a medical professional. And I am also full aware that many healthy people see their primary care physician once a year to get blood work done and a check up. The front desk person told me this place wants you to establish a relationship with them. Which to my understanding being seen by their office would begin that relationship. So if you are in need of that one time visit I spoke of then this may not be the place for you.

Dr. He and DeQua have been amazing and have taking wonderful care of me on my visit. I would highly recommend using First Primary for your medical care!

I’ve been very pleased with the care I receive at First Primary Care Katy. The doctors are consistently available promptly, and what I appreciate most is that they never make me feel rushed. Whether I have one question or fifty, they always take the time to thoroughly explain everything and make sure all my concerns are addressed.
The staff is also excellent. I primarily work with Dequa and Nery, who are always professional, friendly, and helpful. When Angie is filling in, she’s just as great—consistent and dependable. It’s clear that the whole team genuinely cares about providing a high level of service.

Joining First Primary Care is a decision I wish I would have made years ago. From the very start, the entire staff has been beyond attentive and responsive. Dr. Wright and Nery have taken the time to get to know me on a personal level and evaluate my health needs. The first appointment was over an hour which allowed the medical team to properly assess me and get a baseline for my future treatments. I have complete access to Dr. Wright at all times through their secure messaging app which allows me to ask on the fly questions with detailed responses from the doctor almost immediately. I can set up an in person appointment or video call anytime which allows for specific and current care. In the first week alone, I had an initial call with Dr. Wright, full blood panels done the next day, an initial person appointment to go over the labs, follow up labs to drill down on any specific metrics, and a follow up call with a long term care plan in place. This would have taken me months with a traditional insurance based system which I had to endure with my previous primary care doctor. Mind you all these costs were included in my very reasonable monthly subscription. I cannot encourage anyone enough who is looking for long term preventative treatment as well as acute treatment from signing up.

First Primary Care has been truly fantastic. The doctors have very quick response times and provide excellent care. They are knowledgeable and thoughtful, but they also listen carefully to the patient to get a full picture of what’s going on. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with First Primary Care and Ms. Rachel Cano, FNP. She actually sat and listened to me about every little detail.

Even though I have health insurance I still choose First Primary Care as my provider because I am treated like a VIP. To be clear, I don’t consider myself a VIP….they however do! No wait time like with my last PCP (1.5 hours and still wasn’t seen!!!). Rob, the NP s extremely knowledgeable and thorough and the office staff is very accommodating and friendly!! My time and health are valuable to me….this is the perfect fit!!!

Absolutely fantastic experience. Definitely the best overall healthcare experience I've had. The convenience is great and the care is great too. The combination of First Primary Care and Sedera is really nice. I worked with Rachel Cano and really appreciated the quality of care.

I have been a member here for a while and I can definitely recommend. Pretty much any and every concern I had in regard to my health was looked after. These days I get better sleep and have more energy throughout the day after making lifestyle changes that Dr. Cano suggested as well, so that is always a plus for me.

I've been a direct patient of FPC for a year now and have been familiar with the company and their purpose since early 2021. They are restoring the value and purpose of healthcare all while providing the most affordable services in the market. Am incredible, visionary physician. Dr. Goyal treats the patient and is the best read physician I have ever encountered. He is deeply focused on his patients and alleviates current conditions while focusing on long term health. I find Dr. Goyal up to date on the latest medical and physiological research and areas of discovery. We are fortunate to have him and his team in our midst.
