I’m hitting that age (44) where I really needed a good doctor who cares about his patients. The Minute Clinic just doesn’t really cut it for more than a band-aid.Dr. Mulkanoor is without a doubt the most personable and caring doctor I’ve ever had the pleasure of coming into contact with and the way things are managed in the clinic couldn’t possibly make it any easier or more convenient for the patient.Also, while I don’t recall the name, the woman who took my vitals was also very quick, kind, and personable.People skills go a long way in the world today and I suspect Dr. Mulkanoor and the rest of the staff at First Primary will be around for many years to come. And as long as they’re around, I know where I’ll be going for as long as I’m around.If I could give ten stars, I most certainly would. If you’re thinking about going to First Primary, you won’t regret giving them the chance. They don’t just talk to you, they listen to you as well.

From start to finish, my experience for my recent doctor's appointment at the Spring Branch location of First Primary Care was amazing. I arrived pretty early to my appointment prepared to wait for a bit. I was surprised to be shown to a room by Nery, the medical assistant, after less than 5 minutes in the waiting room. After taking initial vitals, I was shown to the exam room. I was there no longer than 3 minutes before the doctor came in. Dr. Wright showed great attention to everything I had to say and was open to discussing all my medical needs head to toe, and I had a lot. The whole appointment was nearly 2 hours long. I have never had such thorough one-on-one attention by a doctor in my life. This was truly a wonderful experience. I will be sharing about this to all my friends and family because that is the way I was treated at this doctor's appointment, as if I were family. Thank you Dr. Wright and all the medical staff at First Primary Care.

I was unsure when our company introduced us to First Primary Care but I have had nothing but positive interactions. I have always been "afraid" to talk to anyone in the medical field for fear of being judged and/or not heard. This is not how I feel with Dr. Mulkanoor and his associates. Everyone has been responsive, helpful and welcoming. It is also great being able to send messages via an app as it makes healthcare so much easier and accessible.

For those of us who remember healthcare back when you truly got to know your physician and you had easy access to great care, this practice is for you! I have been a patient of Dr. Wertz for the past several years, and I am so thankful for her excellent care. She is so smart and professional, yet very personable at the same time. As my primary care physician, she manages my overall health needs, takes so much time with me as a patient, listens to my concerns and is very quick and efficient with any necessary referrals, tests, etc. No more waiting months and months just to get an appointment to see my PCP! This is the way medical care should be. I have never been treated so well at the doctor's office. The NP actually listeed to my concerns and works with me to help me to feel better. I hope I never have to go back to a traditional doctors office. I have waited longer to see a doctor than the time I spent in the room with one. On my 1st in person visit here there was no wait and the NP took her time and went over everything. Peace of mind with medical care is important and that is what you get with first primary.

I've been a member now for about four years. I wish I'd joined sooner. I highly recommend Dr. Wertz. She's the best Doctor I've ever had. Having a doctor that treats you like a patient and not a file number or insurance claim is amazing. Having daily access to the doctor via text is awesome - no appointment needed, no co-pay BS, no insurance BS. These are outcomes I was not expecting but absolutely keep me coming back and while I'll never leave FPC. When healthcare is about you and not the insurance company, you actually end up healthier. Go figure.

Place is great! Love the attention they give their patients. Nery and Dr. Mo are awesome. Would highly recommend. The First Prinary app-Spruce is great if you are feeling bad. They can address your problem and sometimes they can prescribed medicine without coming in to see them.

I love First Primary Care, it's the next best thing from having a doctor make a house visit. You get assigned a doctor and you can text them anytime there's a concern, you need to make an appt. or you need a prescription. You text the doctor her/him self not the admin. My doctor is Dr. Wertz and she is wonderful. I always feel relaxed around her and she is very professional. Even when something is bothering me and I'm a little anxious she keeps a calm professional demeanor.

First Primary Care is a different type of healthcare model I pray most of America moves into or people get to experience at least one time so they can see the difference. Moving from a traditional model where wait times are long, only get a few minutes with the doctor, expensive, I decided to try something different a few years ago. First Primary actually puts their patients’ health care needs first. The wait times are almost zero, quick appointment scheduling, the appointment is comprehensive and not rushed, they follow up on the care plan if needed, and make me feel like they genuinely care for my well-being. It makes me feel like I am really in charge of my health and have a valuable partner with me, with this type of doctor-patient relationship. As long as I live in the area, I will stay a member of First Primary (and continue to see Dr. Wertz). Best healthcare I have ever received. Personal note to Dr. Wertz. She is the most compassionate doctor, smart, informed, funny, and easy to talk to. Never makes me feel dumb for any questions I may have. I hope she stays with First Primary for the long term.

Now that 2025 is here, I encourage everyone to join FPC! Dr Wertz is my doctor and she is fantastic 💚 understanding, caring and so professional. I love being able to message her and receiving a reply within minutes, having the ability to get immediate referrals and answers to any questions. I will never go back to the "regular insurance doctor" scenario.I recommend them 100%, just give them a chance and you will not regret it.

I write this review as a patient of Dr. Wertz’s for over 3 years. I feel that time frame qualifies me to leave an accurate review. With that being said, Dr. Wertz is nothing short of fantastic. I think we can all agree it is rare to find a doctor that simply cares. But that is what she does. While a lot of other doctors will quickly dismiss your concerns, I have never felt dismissed, rushed, or pushed aside. I feel incredibly lucky to have found a doctor that not only cares, but has an immense amount of knowledge and experience. My daughter had a horrible experience at this practice. She had been experiencing horrible pain in her abdomen. This had been an ongoing problem for months and she was showing classic symptoms of endometriosis. After multiple visits and bloodwork she was told by Dr. Wertz that it was all in her head- fast forward after seeing yet another doctor she was diagnosed with Stage 3 endometriosis!! In our opinion it’s classic malpractice!!

In all the visits we made, be it in person or via spruce, staff has been nothing short of perfection. Dr. Stasio, is amazing. Our experience for the past three years with her is priceless. She is always prompt, professional, kind, and caring at all times. Every need we required has always been addressed in a timely manner. We really appreciate all this team has done for us. Dr. Karthik is amazing. He literally wants to know everything from the start of your life to present to get into the root problems of any health issue that you want to explore. He's very attentive, understanding and knowledgeable and open to me explore alternative medicines such as acupuncture. I have also never waited more than an hour or so for a response and I love the recaps he gives after visits. I'm happy to say I think I have found my forever doctor in Ohio.

I joined First Primary Care about a year ago and couldn't be happier with their service. They practice medicine, the modern way. I can contact my doctor, Dr He, directly through an App and can have immediate response to my health issues. I don't have to go through multiple layers of staff to talk to my Dr, I can just text through the app. By the way, Dr He has been awesome. He always contacts me right away if I have concerns and sets up either a virtual or in person appointment. If I do need to come in, the staff, Nert and others, are always friendly and professional. I highly recommend First Primary for your health provider.

Dr. Mulkanoor and his team have been too good to be true. I had a sudden onset of worrying symptoms and he and his team jumped into action. I felt like my concerns were heard and I was able to get same day imaging. I'm scheduled for surgery next week and I just walked out of their office for my pre-admission testing. I have had many surgeries but I never have felt this good about my care before, especially before a procedure. A HUGE thank you to everyone involved.

Dr. Mulkanoor has been tremendous in helping me to optimize my health and is incredibly responsive on any questions or needs. Fantastic experience!

We are early in the process but thus far it has been overwhelmingly positive. Prescriptions and premiums have been much less expensive than with "traditional" plans. We have seen a few prescriptions already go from over $200/month with a traditional plan down to $0 out of pocket with this plan. The level of primary care is much higher than we are used to. The collaboration with the main doctor has been closer to the experience one would expect from a personal health coach.

I honestly avoid the doctor like the plague itself. They terrify me. But Dr. Cano has been absolutely amazing every time we interact. She’s kind and LISTENS. Highly recommended.

Even though I have health insurance I still choose First Primary Care as my provider because I am treated like a VIP. To be clear, I don’t consider myself a VIP….they however do! No wait time like with my last PCP (1.5 hours and still wasn’t seen!!!). Rob, the NP s extremely knowledgeable and thorough and the office staff is very accommodating and friendly!! My time and health are valuable to me….this is the perfect fit!!!

I have been a member here for a while and I can definitely recommend. Pretty much any and every concern I had in regard to my health was looked after. Goodbye health insurance, hello health CARE! My experiences with FPC have been the polar opposite of all the years' spent filling out changes to insurance forms (on every doctor's visit) - since the care provided to me through my employer is free (to me). Beyond that, Dr. Stasio makes it a point to respond quickly to me via the Spruce app, or to take her time to talk with me about my life when I meet with her in person for annual physical exams. For the first time in a long time, I truly have a health care advocate who is focused on my well-being. I can't ask for much more than that!

My appointment was with Dr. Ngare and she gave us undivided attention, answers all questions and goes above and beyond to ensure that that patient understands what is going on! We had an excellent experience with First Primary Care! We felt genuinely cared for, and they were very accessible. Doctors and staff members were quick to respond and attentive to our questions. Dr. Chi is simply outstanding!

Walking into this facility made me feel relaxed and calm. The staff is very pleasant. Dr. Stasi was the best. She was very attentive to my concerns, responded quickly everytime I texted threw spruce, and was very knowledgeable. She made sure all my needs were met and I had the information I needs. I recommend her and her entire team. They were all phenomenal.

I've had a membership with First Primary Care for a year now, and overall had a great experience. The response time and general access to my Doctor has been great. For those looking for an alternative option (instead of health insurance) for general checkups and care—FPC is worth checking out.

I have this insurance through my Job and it is one of my favorite features! Between work and my 2 kids it is nearly impossible to make a face to face appointment. Am incredible, visionary physician. Dr. Goyal treats the patient and is the best read physician I have ever encountered. He is deeply focused on his patients and alleviates current conditions while focusing on long term health. I find Dr. Goyal up to date on the latest medical and physiological research and areas of discovery. We are fortunate to have him and his team in our midst.

I would like to firstly thank my Dr Rachel Cano who consistently makes sure to cover all and any of my health concerns i may have. And personally takes the time to either speak to me via phone call or through the SPRUCE messaging app. She and her office has gone above and beyond to respond to specific questions about any tests or labs and treated me very well even if i ran a few minutes late. Dr Cano is very professional and thorough with answers and in depth information...and an enormous help if needed help finding me a specialist and communicating with myself or the referred specialist or testing facility. She is on top of her game and treats you as a human not just another patient or number. Thank you Dr Cano for everything you've done for me in the past and recent months. I have nothing but GOOD things to say about this facility, program, staff. Dr. Rachel is been treating me with tremendous patience, knowledge and especially compassion. She takes her time explaining and offers any and all questions. To my surprise, she will randomly message just to check on me and my progress. I mean, what dr does this?! Not one! Rachel, you’re stuck with me and hoping to bring more family onboard :)- Happy patient!
